📫 Accessing a Shared Mailbox in Outlook Web Access (OWA)
If you want to monitor both your primary mailbox and a shared mailbox at the same time, follow the steps below. Once added, the shared mailbox will appear in the left navigation pane every time you open Outlook Web Access.
📥 How to Add a Shared Mailbox in OWA
Sign in to your Office 365 account at Outlook Web Access.
In the left-hand folder pane, right-click on "Folders" (or your primary mailbox name).
Select “Add shared folder.”
In the dialog box that appears, type the email address or name of the shared mailbox.
Click Add.
✅ The shared mailbox will now appear in your folder list, just below your primary mailbox. You can:

To remove the shared mailbox from your view:
Right-click on the shared mailbox name in the folder list.
Select “Remove shared folder.”
